The Toyama Airport is located approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes by plane from Seoul, Korea. The remodeled airport opened on May 20, 1999 and features a chic interior, as well as top facilities and service. Airport shuttles that connect the international and domestic terminals runs every 7 minutes and takes approximately 5 minutes. Round trip buses to Hakata Station run every 15 minutes and cost Y190. The subway ride to Hakata Station takes 5 minutes and costs Y250. Taxi service costs Y1,000 to downtown Fukuoka.
